YOUR RIGHTS
kiwi cycles is a uk based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with kiwi cycles is safe. You won't get ripped off, you’ll get your parts and we’ll sort out any problems you have. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, (see Returns for Refund) up to 7 days from receipt. Our returns policy allows 21 days.

PRICING
Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)* at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. VAT does not apply to orders that are to be shipped outside the E.U. or to Tax Free areas such as the Channel Islands. These areas will be priced and billed with VAT deducted.
If you select a currency or a delivery country outside the E.U., prices will be displayed VAT free, for example, an item which costs 19.99 GBP will be shown and billed as 17.01 GBP when it is VAT free.
While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped.
PAYMENT
kiwi cycles accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched (Orders paid for using Paypal will be charged in full, this will include the cost of any out of stock items)
For offline orders kiwi cycles accept (£) Sterling Postal Orders, Personal Cheques, (£) Sterling Bank Drafts and (£) Sterling Bank Transfers. We recommend that you do not send cash through the post. Due to varying Exchange Rates all payments made to CRC must be in UK Pounds (£) Sterling.
You can also pay by PAYPAL which is a simple, quick and secure way of paying online. All you need is a PAYPAL account. For more details go to www.PayPal.com
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.
Kiwi cycles offer the use of secure servers where information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology. SSL works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL and other browsers. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.
When your order is processed your encrypted credit card number is removed from the web server.
This means that there is no way that someone can obtain your credit card number from Kiwi cycles so you can order with confidence!
COOKIES
Cookies are tiny text files, which are stored on your computer and the Kiwi cycles website uses these files to remember what currency you want to view the site in, what items are in your basket and various other things which are all in place to make the site easier to use. All shopping websites use cookies and without them the site would not work.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Kiwi cycles updates the availability of the entire stock list on a daily basis. Items that are 'Out Of Stock' will be displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked 'In Stock', we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.
OUT OF STOCK ORDERS
There are times when items become temporarily 'Out Of Stock', and these items are marked as such in the site. If you order an 'Out Of Stock' product, we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. Your credit card will not be debited until we dispatch the product.
OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION
Kiwi cycles creates the majority of pictures and descriptions for the website. This information is copyright of kiwi Cycles and may not be used by any other party without express permission of Kiwi Cycles. The Kiwi Cycles website is provided for use only for viewing by an end user. Taking of any content or prices by automated processes, such as spidering, will be deemed as a breach of copyright andis expressly forbidden except where specifically agreed with Kiwi Cycles or where Kiwi Cycles had expressly requested the process
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).
CHANGES
If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
SITE USAGE
Kiwi Cycles disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.

All pictures, material, code, intellectual property and descriptions are the property of Kiwi Cycles. It may not be copied or used without the express permission of Kiwi cycles. THAT INCLUDES POSTING PHOTOS BACK TO KIWI CYCLES! OR NICKING THEM FOR OTHER SITES.
RETURNS
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Kiwi Cycles conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order.
We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t fit, you’ve ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you’ve ordered.
NEW ITEMS RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
There is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods
(in the case of a fitting problem etc).
Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used.
Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.
CUSTOM BUILT PRODUCTS
When we custom build wheels or a bike for you, it is built specifically for you, and to your exact specification. This means that we are not obliged to accept back custom built items for a refund or exchange. Custom built wheels will be accepted back but a £15 per wheel charge will be levied on an exchange or refund, to cover the postage, and the time and effort absorbed in creating the wheel.
Wheels are built for road and/or track use. Wheels fitted with un-approved sprockets and/ or freewheels are subject to inspection prior to an exchange or refund.
FAULTY DAMAGED OR BROKEN GOODS
All goods purchased from Kiwi cycles are coved by a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from kiwi cycles has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned-
Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil.
Goods must be accompanied with Completed Returns Form
Please be honest when dealing with us, we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a happy customer! Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered.
NEW ITEMS RETURNED BECAUSE WE HAVE SENT OUT THE WRONG PART
Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used.
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or send you a cheque for the value.
We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail or Standard Parcels for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days.
You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate 1st class postage cost.
Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.
